Craft Organziation.

So I spent the weekend cleaning up and organizing my craft area.   Two long and exhausting days.  I can't remember the last time I did this.  It's been over two years of just dumping things if not more of piles just being dumped and not looked at.   I had over 6 garbage bags when I was done along with piles and piles to donate, give aways and eventually sell.    I have come to the conclusion, I am a craft supply hoarder.   I did learn something in the end.  I need to start crafting and creating.   No holding back.

Part of the disarray is that I move all my essentials and favorites upstairs.    The temperature controls are better upstairs.   I also can watch tv while crafting and I also get to craft anytime inspiration hits.  I don't have to worry about the temperature warming up or cooling down.

Here is the craft area upstairs.

Followed by my craft storage area downstairs.

I even found a great way to handle all my buttons and brads that I am no longer using.   I put them in baskets and in 12x12 craft holders.    It brings me peace in being able to locate them faster and they look so neat in a row.

Lastly, I even took odd and ends I am not using and made a craft area for the kids.    They have their own dedicated area so when they come over they can use whatever is in this corner.   All my good stuff is on high shelves and put away.

Excellent JOB! I so need to get rid of STUFF! Very inspiring Stasia! I'm sure your young stamping friends will LOVE this nice work space. I see that upstairs you still have wall space! So awesome. Wish I still had wall space :)! TFS.
